ARR
ARR projects are Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation activities that remove CO₂ from the atmosphere by establishing tree cover or restoring vegetation on lands that were previously non-forested or degraded. Projects generate carbon credits based on the amount of carbon sequestered in biomass and soils over time. ARR is a subset of nature-based carbon removal projects and typically involves long-term land management commitments to maintain the stored carbon.
